Present Great Changes in the Economy of Developed Capitalist Countries

目前西方经济正在发生重大变化，这个变化主要是在信息技术革命的推动下，从工业经济向信息经济的转变，以及与此相关或由此引起的其他变化，如经济体制的改革和经济结构的调整，经济＂外向性＂的进一步加强，以及各国经济实力对比的新变化等等。这一系列重大变化，标志着自第二次世界大战结束以来，西方经济的发展又进入了一个新阶段。这些重大变化具有历史意义，对世界经济和国际关系都将产生深远影响。

Abstract Great changes occur in present Western economy, which are motivated chiefly by the revolution of communication technology and the shifting from industrial economy to information economy, and other changes aftermath the shifting, such as the reform of economic structures and readjustment of economic organizations, the economic 'externality' will be further strengthened. And the contrast of economic forces of various nations will be hitherto changed, so on and so forth. These series of great changes mark that Western economy has entered again in a new stage since the end of World War Ⅱ.
