理论和国内外的经济发展实践都一再表明，适度积累率的合理确定与相对稳定，是影响一个国家或地区中长期经济发展的一个关键性因素。我国积累率的变动趋势与经济发展的变动趋势，有着直接的关联。积累率的波动性，无论在时间上，还是在波峰、波谷的起伏上，都与国民经济的发展、波动情况十分相似。因此，未来经济发展战略的制定，特别是国民经济持续、稳定、协调发展目标的实现，将在很大程度上取决于适度积累率的正确选定。尤其是与积累规模的有效增长，积累率的相对稳定，关系极大。

Abstract Rational determination and comparative stability of proper accumulative rates are key factors affecting the medium-and-long term development of a nation or an area. The workout of China's future economic development strategy, especially realizing the targets of a sustained, steady and coordinated development of national economy, is determined in great degree by a correct selection of accumulative rates.
