On Reforming Property Right System of China's State-owned Enterprise

用社会主义市场经济的战略眼光审视传统国有企业制度，客观上存在着不适应市场经济要求的三个深层次矛盾。这就决定了中国国有企业的改革必须是以变换企业产权制度为核心的根本性改革，改革的基本方向是建立现代企业制度。在具体运作上，要采取＂分类改革、三线推进＂的方略。

Abstract In the light of strategic observation of Socialist market economy,there objectively exist three thiers of deep contradictions which do not adapt with the requirements of market economy.And therefore, it is needed to have a radical reform with the modification of property right system as the core and the basic orintation is to establish modern enterprise system.In practices,it is necessary to adopt a program of 'Reforming according to different types and pushing forward along three lines.
