'The economic development gravity moves southward' and the quickening economic development of the third world,especially the fast growth of Asian economy,are the striking features of the epoch.China under reform and opening to the outside world with its sustained and hispeed growth becomes the locomotive of world economy.China is persisting further to reform and opening and works hard to establish a golden triangle of mainland - Taiwan - Hongkong to realize greater Chinese econmic soaring,promoting a new high of Asian and world economy.
