摘要
电子束焊接汽车变速齿轮,降低了成本、缩小了轴向尺寸.配合间隙适当时,焊接精度和强度都很高,但材料的含碳量要适当控制.电子束焊机经受了生产线上大批量生产的考验.在使用中发现:阴极寿命较短;在聚焦电流不变时,电子束的焦距随电子束流的大小而变化.这是今后电子枪研究中要解决的问题.本文分析了这些问题的成因.
The electron beam welding for automobile transmission gears reduces its'costand decreases its'axial size.When the tolerance clearance is suitable,the pre-cision and strength of the welded parts are very high,but the content of thecarbon in its'material must be limited in a certain range.The electron beamwelder stands up all tests of mass production.In using it is found that the lifespan of the cathod is short,the focus of the electron beam changes along withthe beam current.It will be a problem in future electron gun study.This paperanalyzes the factor producing it.
