摘要
本文通过大量的试验探索和对现有配方的类比分析,对水乳型丙烯酸酯类压敏胶的配方设计进行了探讨研究。认为其决定因素是单体及其配比的筛选以及交联剂,乳化剂和链转移剂的选择,并确认作为压敏胶的丙烯酸酯共聚物的T_5,计算值应低于—48℃,同时对用于丙烯酸酯类乳液共聚的三种聚合工艺也进行了探讨。
The composition design of the water emulsion acrylates prssure -sensitive adhesive was investigated in this paper by means of exploration and analogy to vast experimental data and composition in hand, and is deemed that ;the effective factors are the selection of monomers and their ratio, the choice of crosslinking agent, emulsifier and chain transfer agent, and is hold that; the Tg calculated value of the acrylates copolymer for the pressure sensitive adhesive must be below -48℃. The discussion on the three main polymerization process for the acrylates emulsion copoly-merization was also made
