摘要
手术治疗腰椎间盘突出患者１２００余例．其中混合型（中央、侧旁型不同间隙同时突出）腰椎间盘突出症３２例，临床效果满意，２５例经平均２７月随访，按许氏疗效评比，优１４例，良８例，差３例。
About 1200 cases of lumbar intervertebral
disc herniation were treated with surgery, among them ,32 cases belong to mixed type lumbar
intervertebral dise herniation (central,lateral and multiple intervertebral disc) .25 cases were
followed up for an average 27 months. According to Xu s criteria, there were excellent in 14 cases,
good in 8 cases and 3 failure.
