design methob, the T-lymphocyte subtype of peripheral blood in 31 patients with cervical
spondylosis were detected and analysed. The results indicated that the positive percent rate
of CD2. CD4 and CD in cervical spondylosis group were lower (P<0.05) than that of normal
control group, but their CD4/CD8 ratio showed no significant differences (P>0.05).This
suggests that pa- tients with cervical spondylosis exist not only a local pathological change,
but also a reduction in immunologic function .
