The Relationship Between The Ligaments Associated with the L5 Intervertebral Foramen and Lumbus and Lower Limb Pain I Anatomical Observation of The Ligaments

在３０具成人和５具新生儿（计７０侧）尸体脊柱腰骶段标本上，观察了腰５－骶１椎间孔区的三条韧带及其与邻近结构的毗邻关系。腰骶韧带和腰骶弓状筋膜恒定（１００％）；椎体横突韧带少见（４０．２９％±５．８６％），其坚韧，形似索状。第五腰神经前支在后者深面的下方穿出椎间孔，易被挤压而引发腰腿痛。

n 30 adult and 5 new born cadavers(70sides),the ligaments associated with the L5 intervertebral foramen were obser-vated in terms of their position,shape and rdlationship with adjacent structures.The lumbosacral ligament and lumbosacral hood appeared at all the L5 intervertebral foramina(100%).The presenting rate of the strong,cord-like corporotransverse ligament was 40.29±5.86.The ventral ramus of the fifth lumbar spinal nerve passing through the L5 intervertebral fora-men under the corporotransverse ligament was easily pressed by this ligament,which possibly lead to lumbus and lower limbpain.
