实时超声监测卵泡成熟

MONITORING OF FOLLICULAR DEVELOPMENT BY ULTRASOUND B

用实时超声动态监测９例不孕妇女卵泡发育及排卵，每例监察２个排卵周期，其中３例无排卵周期妇女在Ｂ超监测下实行药物诱导治疗。结果表明超声能准确地判断卵泡的生长发育，确定给药时间，促进卵泡成熟与排卵。３例药物诱导排卵，结果均怀孕。

Nine infertile women were dynamically observed by ultrasound B.Eachwoman was observed for two ovulatory cycles. Three women who had no ovulatory periodwere treated by drug induced treatment under the monitoring of ultrasound B. The resultsshowed that follicular development could been precisely observed and time for drug manage-ment could be defermined through ultrasound B , so as to prompt follicle maturity and ovula-tion. The three infertile women who had been treated were pregnant.
