丹参和异搏定对心脏氧反常损伤保护作用的比较 被引量:1

摘要 本文在离体大鼠心脏灌流模型上,比较丹参和异搏定对心脏氧反常的保护作用,结果发现用丹参(100mg·L ̄(-1))和异搏定(0.02mg·L ̄(-1))灌注都能有效地减轻心脏缺氧──复氧损伤。和氧反常组相比,二者能有效地恢复心肌收缩力(P<0.05)、降低再灌注心律失常发生率和心肌MDA含量(P<0.01,P<0.05)。此外,丹参还能明显增加冠脉流量(P<0.01)和增加心肌组织SOD活性(P<0.01)。结果提示丹参抗氧反常损伤作用较异搏定更为优越。 This thesis compared the protective action of verapamil and Danshen on paradoxical oxygen damage to isolated pcrfused rat heart.The result showtd that Danshen(100 mg/L)and verapamil(0.02 mg/L)could effectively reduce damage to htart caused by anoxia and reoxyfIenation. Compared to oxygen paradox group,the two drugs could signifi- cantly increase mvocardial contraction force(P<0.05 ),reduce the incidences of arrhythmias caused by reperfusion and the content of myocardial malondialdehyde(MDA)(P<0.01,P< 0.05.rcspectively).Inaddition,coronary blood flow and activity of superoxide dismutase were markedly enhanced in Danshen group than that in verapamil group.The result suggest that Danshen has the advantage of verapamil in anti-paradoxical oxygcn damage.
