摘要
本文报告小儿棉酚中毒致重度低钾血症２３例。临床主要表现为神经肌肉、心脏和肾脏方面的症状。血清钾均＜３．０ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，最低为１．０ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ。重点讨论了其发病机理和补钾治疗措施。
cases with severe hypokalemia caused by gossypol intoxication in chil-dren were reported in this thesis. Symptoms of nerve,muscle,heart and kidney were present-ed in these cases.The serumal potassium for all cases was lower than 3.0 mmol/L and the lowest was 1.0 mmol/L.A emphasis was put on the discussion of the pathogenic mechanism and potassium compensation treatment.
