良性与恶性胃溃疡的内镜鉴别

DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS OF BENIGN ANDMALIGNANT GASTRIC ULCER UNDER GASTROSCOPE

本文对经病理证实的４８４例胃部溃疡性病变患者的内镜资料作了回顾性分析，其中良性溃疡２６４例，恶性溃疡２２０例。就内镜直视下的胃腔形态、粘液湖、基底部、边缘部、蠕动、手触感等六个方面进行对比，认为良性与恶件胃溃疡的特征明显不同，两者差异极其显著（Ｐ＜０．００１），对于鉴别诊断有积极意义；并指出应对早期溃疡型胃癌引起重视。

This article has reviewed 484 cases with ulcerative changes confirmed bypathology. 264 out of them were benign changes and 220 were malignant.Significantdifferences have been showed under gastroscope between benign and malignant ulcer bycomparison on six aspects:appearence,mucosal lake, base of ulcer, edge of ulcer,gastricperistalsis and hand feeling. The author thinks that it is helpful for differential diagnosis ofgastric ulcer because of the significantly different features between benign and malignantulcer.The author suggests that much attention should be paid to early ulcerocancer.
