摘要
作者对荧光法测定血清过氧化脂质进行了方法学评价，并测定了４４例糖尿病患者及４０例正常人血清的过氧化脂质（ＬＰＯ）。结果表明该法荧光强度稳定，在一定范围内线性良好。糖尿病患者的ＬＰＯ值明显高于正常人。并由此论述了糖尿病人易患血管病变的原因。
Fluorimetric detetmination of serum lipid peroxide wsa methodicallyevaluated and lipid peroxide(LPO)was determined in the serum of both 44 patients withdiabetes and 40 normal persons.The results showed that the method of, fluorimetricdetermination was a stable way with good linear range. The value of LPO in diabetes caseswas obviously higher than that in normal people. So authors discussed the causes whichmade the diabetes patients suffering lesion of blood vessel easily.
