应用带蒂包皮内板一期修复尿道下裂

PRIMARY REPAIR OF CONGENITAL HYPOSPADIA BY PEDICLE INNER SKIN OF PREPUCE

本文报告应用带蒂包皮内板一期尿道形成术治疗先天性尿道下裂１６例。尿道口重建于龟头正常位置，用硅胶导管做新建尿道支撑管，并直接插入膀胱引流尿液，不另做膀胱造瘘。文中对手术适应证、包皮内板的应用、术后并发症的预防作了简要讨论。

patients with congenital hypospadia were treated by urethroplasty withpedicle inner skin of prepuce. The external orifice was at the normal location of balanus.Acatheter was inserted into newly-built urethra for sustaining of structure and drainage instead ofcystostomy. The surgical indications, application of inner skin of prepuce and prevention of post-operative complications have been discussed in this thesis.
