成人纤维胃镜在儿科临床的应用（附117例报告）

CLINICAL APPLICATION OF ADULT GASTROSCOPE IN CHILDREN(With 1l7Cases Reported)

本文报告应用成人纤维胃镜检查６～１４岁儿童１１７例，发现有病变１０８例，病变检出率９２．３％；儿童上消化道疾病以浅表性胃炎（３６．７％）、消化性溃疡（２８．１％）和十二指肠球炎（１２．８％）多见。本组未出现并发症。作者认为选择适当的成人胃镜用于小儿检查，安全可靠：急诊时检查能提高上消化道出血的病因诊断率，有一定临床价值。

children aged from six to fourteen years old were examined by adult gas-troscope and 108 of which were found pathological changes(92.3%).Of those with pathologicalchanges, 36.7% cases presented with superficial gastritis, 28.1%peptic ulcer and 12.8% duo-denal bulbar inflammation. No complication was found.The authors think that selected adult gas-troscope can be safely used in children and is helpful in the diagnosis of upper gastrointestinalhemorrhage.
