臀部巨大血管瘤的局部解剖学基础和手术处理

Anatomical basis and operation of extensive he-mangiomas in the buttocks

经股动脉穿刺插管造影,显示2例臀部巨大血管瘤的供应血管为髂内的骶中动脉。术中首先结扎上述动脉,顺利切除臀部血管瘤,2例均未输血。术后观察2年未复发。

Arteriogram showed that large and extensive hemangiomas in the buttocks was fed by A. iliaca interna and A.sacralis mediana in two cases.Following ligation of the vessels, two tumours were removed successfully. Blood transfusion was not necessary.Relapse has not been observed until now.
