作者用50具成人尸体,按手术方法及程序就手术野进行了解剖,对皮肤的神经支配,皮下组织及肌层的血供,椎弓板,椎管以及神经根和脊髓进行了观察,并提出手术时应注意的事项。

50 cadavers were studied in order to observe the anatomy of this operation, include skin inci-sion , fascia , muscles , vertebral canal , spinal cord and nerve roots , as well as the relation of this operation is that the procedures are done un-der direct vision , thus ensuring safety safety and completeneses of decompression.
