摘要
本文介绍了利用YC系列电容起动、单相异步电动机的原有冲片,进行YL新系列电容起动及电容运行单相异步电动机的设计方法。运用微机机辅设计,给出了众多的设计方案。而后运用双旋转磁场理论,分析了各自的椭圆磁场及其他影响效率的因素,综合结果,得出最佳设计方案,并用样机的实验结果校验之。
This paper deals with the design method of YL single-phase capacitor in-duction motor basing on YC motor stator and rotor core.Using microcomputer,it offers a lot of design calculations.Then,based on double rotating field theo-ry,we give the analysis of their rotating field.The other factors affectingthe efficiency are discussed too.Finally,we obtained the best design.Theore-tical analysis is proved by the experiment.
