摘要
反义核酸策略被广泛地用于研究白血病细胞的基因调控,证实多种癌基因与肿瘤的发生及增殖相关。某些癌基因的反义寡核苷酸能有效地抑制白血病细胞的增殖和肿瘤生长,基础及临床研究结果表明,反义寡核苷酸有可能成为恶性肿瘤基因治疗的一类新药。
Antisense strategy is already used as a biological tool to study the gene regulation and control inleukemia and tumour.It has been confirmed that tumour development and cell proliferation are related byoncogens.Antisense oligonucleotide is effective in inhibiting proliferation of leukemia eells and growth of tumour. The results of basic research and clinic trial show that there is a potential in using antisense oligonucleotide as anew therapeutic agent for malinant tumours.
