摘要
建立了一种测定过氧化氢酶活性的新方法──钼酸铵法,并应用于测定经HPLC分离纯化的细菌过氧化氢酶活性,对分离得到的5个峰酶活性进行了比较,峰2酶比活力达到36.88mmol·min ̄(-1)·mg ̄(-1)蛋白,酶活性明显高于其它峰。结果表明,该方法是一种灵敏、简便、快速及实用的测定细菌过氧化氢酶活性的检测方法。
A new colorimetric method called ammonium molybdate method was developed
for themeasurement of catalase activity. Using this method,auther determined the catalase
activities ofthe five sample peaks separated by HPLC. The relative catalase activity of peaks
was 36.88mmol· min ̄(-1)·mg ̄(-1) protein and significantly higher than those of any other
peaks.The enzymethus purified could be used for further analysis of its chemical
properties.These results indicatethat it is a convenient,quick,sensitive and practical method
used to determine the catalase activ-ity.
