Evaluation of monoclonal antibodies Ng4 and Ng18 against Neisseria gonorrhoeae in laboratory diagnosis

通过ＥＬＩＳＡ抑制试验和流式细胞仪测定，对可能用于淋病实验室诊断的单克隆抗体进行了评价，实验结果显示出良好的亲和性，在各血清型淋球菌标准株和临床株的检测中与国外同类产品进行了比较，证明了其作为诊断试剂的可行性。

The monoclonal antibodies against N. gonorrhoeae were evaluated in laboratory byELISA inhibition test and flow cytometry.A high affinity of the monoclonal antibodies withN. gonorrhoeae was demonstrated.The immunofluorescent reagent based on the monoclonalantibodies was compared with the imported similar reagent in examinating various serotypingreference strains and clinical isolates of N. gonorrhoeae,and was proved to be of practical value asan improved rapid diagnostic reagent.
