关于胞浆分裂阻滞微核法微核分布规律的探讨

Expleration of micronucleus distribudon with cytokinesis-block micronucleus metkod

应用胞浆分裂阻滞微核法探讨了微核细胞和微核在滴片中不同部位的分布规律，发现从总体上微核细胞和微核在头、体、尾各部及全片或上、中、下各部及全片无显著性吐差异；对观察到４５个微核时的微核细胞率和微核率与全片观察比较也均无显著性差异。

The distribution of micronucleus cell(MNC)and micronucleus(MN)of different partson slides was explored with cytokinesis-block micronucleus method.The resuls show that there isno significant difference in MNC and MN among head,body,tail parts and whole slide or upper,middle,lower parts and whole slide,There is also no significant difference in frequency of MNCand MN between that observed in binucleated cells on counting to 45 MN and that in the wholeslide.
