摘要
提出了一级螺旋区概念,在此基础上研究了基于正多边形的RNA二级结构绘图与自由能计算,并设计了程序,可将相容性螺旋区列表表示的RNA二级结构转化为分子生物学家熟悉的图形方式,同时计算出基于Salzer能量积分系统的自由能数值。经多例运行表明方法合理,运行结果可靠。
On the basis of primary helical regions, the drawing of RNA secondary structure basedon polygon and free energy calculation was explored,and the program was developed which couldtranslate the RNA secondary structure represented by compatible helical regions into the graphicalmode known to the molecule biologist and calculate the free energy based on the Salzer energyscore system .
