原发性高尿酸血症的治疗

Treatment of Primary Hyperuricemia

为了探索治疗高尿酸血症的新药，观察力平脂的降血尿酸作用，将确诊原发性高尿酸血症患者８９例，随机分成二组，一组用力平脂治疗（称治疗组），另一组用别嘌呤醇治疗（称对照组）．发现治疗组血尿酸平均下降值２．９１ｍｇ／ｄｌ，下降率４０．６９％，较对照组的平均下降值１．５６ｍｇ／ｄｌ，下降率２２．１４％明显为高，差异非常显著（Ｐ＜０．０００１）．对照男女患者治疗结果发现，力平脂降低血尿酸的效果存在着性别差异。同时力平脂尚具有迅速缓解痛风发作时的症状和预防痛风发作之功效。未见对肝脏，肾脏的毒性损害和其他副作用。

In order to discover a new agent to treat Primary hyperuricemia and to observe the effect of lipantyltreating hyperuricemia,we devide 89 cases with primary hyperuricemia into 2 groups. Group A was treatedby lipanthyl,0.1 tid/daily,with the course of one month.The other group(Group B)was treated by allop-urinol,0.1 tid/daily,also with the course of one month.The average reducing amout of blood uric acidGroup A was 2.91 mg/dl and the reducing rate was 40.69%, but that group B was 1.56mg/dl and 22.94%。The difference between them was significantly(P<0.0001).It is suggested that the sex difference was exist-ed by using lipanthyl to treat hyperuricemia. At the same time,we also found that lipanthyl can relieve thesymptoms of gout attack and prevent gout attack.No obvious damage to liver,kidney and other side-effectswas found.
