46例幽门螺杆菌相关性十二指肠溃疡治疗分析

Analysis of 46 Patients with Duodenal Ulcer Associated with Helicobacter Pylori

对４６例幽门螺杆菌相关性十二指肠溃疡给予羟氨苄青霉素、灭滴灵、痢特灵以及雷尼替丁联合治疗．观察６个月，溃疡愈合率达８４．７％，幽门螺杆菌根除率７３．９％。幽门螺杆菌根除组溃疡愈合率９４．１％，明显高于未消除组．

Forty-six patients with duodenal ulcer associated with helicobacter pylori were treated with amoxicilline ,metronidazole ,furazolidone and ranitidine. After 6 months treatment,DU in 84.7%cases were cured and theeradication of helicobacter pylori was about 73.9%,The cure rate of ulcer in the group of helicobacter pylorieradicated was 94.1%,which was much higher than that in the uneradicated group.
