泪道阻塞穿线术能防止阻塞区再粘连，使泪道上皮细胞重新复盖探通段表面或使探通段表面形成光滑的疤痕，保持泪道通畅，恢复其正常的生理功能．泪道阻塞穿线术操作简单，面部不留疤痕，病人易于接受．作者施行１００例１１７只眼，随访观察６８例７９只眼，观察期半年至５年多；疗效：治愈眼数５１只，占６４．５％；有效眼数１７只，占２１．５％；无效眼数１１只，占１４％．

It makes the surface of canlization covered by lacrimal duct epithelial cell or makes thesurface of canalization forming a smooth scar.This operation reestablishes drainage in the obstructed lacrimalsystem and recovers its normal physiological function. The procedure is simple. No scar would be in patient’s faces and the patient is easily accepted.One hundred cases ll7 eyes have been made this operation and 68cases 78 eyes were followed up.The observation period was half a year to more than five years. The thera-peutic effect was as follows:fifty-one eyes were cured and the effective rate 64.5%,seventeen eyes were re-sponsed,the responsed rate 2l.5%,eleven eyes were no effect.
