摘要 作者对制作烤瓷粘结桥的ISRI-Ni-Cr合金进行了喷砂、化学蚀刻、池式电解蚀刻和点式电解蚀刻等处理,以偶联剂KH—570涂在处理金属表面,用釉质粘结剂与离体牙粘结。采用扫描电镜观察处理金属表面形貌;并用MTS陶瓷测试系统测其粘结强度。结果表明:点式与池式电解蚀刻在粘强度上无明显差异,并具有简单、清洁、方便临床医师椅旁操作等优点;粘结强度的顺序为电解>化学和喷砂。 Abstract Iski Ni -Cr alloy which was made for resin bonded bridge was sandblasted, chemical etched,traditional electrolytic etched and spot electrolytic etched. The metal surface wes observed by SEM,then was abrasived by KH - 570 and bonded toetched teeth with an enamel bonding agent, andtested for shear bond strength. The results revealedthat there was no significant.difference betweentraditional and spot eletrolytic etching; spot eletrolytic etching had much more advantages.
