摘要
以柴油机为动力的设备在矿山占有相当大的比重,而柴油机的尾气排放物对作业环境特别是地下作业坑道的影响非常严重。因此对柴油机尾气进行处理以改善作业环境是至关重要的研究课题。尾气处理通常有两种方法:其一是采用净化器和催化剂来减少有害排放物;其二是在柴油中掺入一定量的添加剂,使其充分燃烧以减少浓烟。试验表明,采用第二种方法比第一种方法氮氧化合物降低54%,一氧化碳降低77.8%,浓烟降低51%。
The proportion of diesel-powered equipment used in mines is great,while e-missions of dieseltail gas have serious influence on the operation environment,especiallyon the underground operation Environment in tunnels. Therefore, in order to improve theoperation environment, the treatment of diesel tail gas is an important study. Generally,there are two methods in treating the tail gas:First,the hazardous emissions are reducedby purifier and catalyst;Second,a given quantity of additive is added into diesel oil to makeitfully combust and reduce its soot.The test results have shown that the use of the secondmethod can make nitrogen oxides,carbon monoxide and soot decrease by 54%,77.8%and51%respectively,compared with the first method.
