本文应用差示（△Ａ）法测定护齿含漱剂中甲硝唑（ＭＴＺ）和氯化十六烧基吡啶（ＣＰＣ）的含量。ＭＴＺ用水酸溶液在３２０ｎｍ为最大吸收值，其它组分均为零；而ＣＰＣ在５％正丁醇－醇溶液中在２５８ｎｍ吸收值最大。回收率试验检测不同批号含漱剂中组份，结果满意，药物稳定。△Ａ法不经萃取分离直接测定，方法简单、准确．

Abstract The aim of study was to measure the content of metronidazolum and cetylpy ridium chloride in the mixed mouthwash using disparate spectrophotometor.The concentration of metronidazolum was measured directly at320nm in hydrochloric acid-distilled water,and cetylpyridium chloride,at 258 urn in5%alcoholic on disparate spectrophotometor. The retriere rate of recovery test expressed that the concentration of the drug in the mixed mouthwash was stable.This method can be used to measure the composition of mouthwash directely with no extraction.
