差示分光光度法测定护齿含漱剂中主要成份

摘要 本文应用差示(△A)法测定护齿含漱剂中甲硝唑(MTZ)和氯化十六烧基吡啶(CPC)的含量。MTZ用水酸溶液在320nm为最大吸收值,其它组分均为零;而CPC在5%正丁醇-醇溶液中在258nm吸收值最大。回收率试验检测不同批号含漱剂中组份,结果满意,药物稳定。△A法不经萃取分离直接测定,方法简单、准确. Abstract The aim of study was to measure the content of metronidazolum and cetylpy ridium chloride in the mixed mouthwash using disparate spectrophotometor.The concentration of metronidazolum was measured directly at320nm in hydrochloric acid-distilled water,and cetylpyridium chloride,at 258 urn in5%alcoholic on disparate spectrophotometor. The retriere rate of recovery test expressed that the concentration of the drug in the mixed mouthwash was stable.This method can be used to measure the composition of mouthwash directely with no extraction.
