摘要
本研究观察了小型猪下颌骨及颁下颌关节的解剖形态、组织学和超微结构。结果表明，小型猪颞下颌关节在解剖学、组织学和生理功能等方面都与人近似，而且易于饲养和进行实验操作及观察。因此，小型猪是研究颞下颌关节疾病的一种比较理想的实验动物。
he mactoscopic, histologic and ultrastructral study was performed on the
mandible andthe temporomandibular joint(TMJ) of the miniature pig. The results showed that the
TMJ ofthe miniature pig was similar in morphology, histology and physiologic function to
humanbeings. Feeding, housing and handling of the miniature pig was done without difficulty.
Weconclude that the miniature pig is the ideal experimental animal model for the study ofthe TMJ.
