乡镇集体矿山“三率”监督管理初探

针对当前乡镇集体矿山“三率”监督管理难度大的实际问题，提出了增强开矿者资源忧患意识、抓好企业“三率”管理人员落实、建立健全“三率”考核指标体系、搞好技术服务等工作思路。
