对湖南界牌高岭土原矿试样，采用小直径水力旋流器微细分级和分级产物剥片工艺流程，可获得产率３２．６１％、—２μｍ含量４１．３０％、Ａｌ＿２Ｏ＿３３１．０７％的陶瓷一级高岭土产品。

n this paper,utilizing small-diameterhydrocyclone to fine classification and han-dling the products of classification withcrush technigue flowsheet,then the prod-ucts of first-grade kaolin are obtained,withrate of product 32.61%,content of 2μm41.30%,Al_2O_331.07%.
