介绍了轮式装载机脚制动系统的工作原理,分析了钳盘式制动器的制动力矩与整机制动所需制动刀矩和由地面附着条件所决定的制动力矩之间的关系,确定了在最佳制动工况下选择制动系统参数和结构的方法。
The paper introduces the working principle of padle brake system of tne wheel-loader. The analysis is done on retarding torque oi, caliPer-Oisk brake anQ tne torque needed in service braking- 1t also analyzes the interactions between torques,whicn are determined by tne ground contact conditions. Then it decides the methed to se1ect the parameter and structure of brakinS system under the optin1um brakin8 conditions.
