摘要
分析了球磨机磨损件的服役条件和环境；确定了材料的性能要求；进行了材料的显微组织、成分及生产工艺的设计。最后综合考虑经济性因素，选择确定了优质耐磨材料，并对磨机磨损件今后的发展趋势作了预测。
Work duty and environment of the wear partS in ball mills were analyzed. Require-ments for properties of the materials were provided. Basic considerations on design of microstructure,composition and processing technology were presented. At last combining economic considerations a series of high quality abrasilon reSistunt materials were recommcnded. Developing tendencies of wear parts in ball mills were forecasted.
