摘要
以戴维斯钢球磨损理论为基础,利用钢球磨损的矩阵模型,揭示了定期加球配比与稳态工作时磨机内钢球粒度分布的关系。钢球磨损矩阵可用于确定定期装球的配比,以使磨矿机得到理想的粒度特性。
This paper based on the Davis' ball abrasion theory,rereals the relations between the periodically ball-load added proportion and bell-size distribution in tumbling mill during the stationary working process. Ball abrasion matris is introduced,it can be used to deter mine the reasonable ball added proportion for the ideal ball-size distribution.
