摘要
在圆柱蜗杆减速器普通优化设计的基础上,根据可靠性设计准则,将各影响因素视为随机变量,建立了圆柱蜗杆减速器的可靠性优化设计的数学模型。并对实例进行了计算,其结果表明了可靠性优化设计的可行性和实用性。
On the basis of common optimum design of a cylindrical worm reducer,this paper takes all the effect facors as stochastic variables according to the criteria of reliability design,and establishes the mathematital model of rehability optimization design for cylindrical worm reducers. The model is checked by uaing a living example and the conclusions show that reliability optimization design is not only feasible but usable.
