摘要
在分析YO18内回转气动凿岩机冲击和转钎机构及工作原理的基础上,运用Lagrange方程建立了分别对应于广义坐标X(冲击活塞位移),Ф(冲击活塞转角)和α(螺旋棒转角)的三自由度统一动力方程。据此方程对机构进行了电算模拟,给出了机构的近似解析解,并通过高速摄影试验对理论计算结果进行了验证,然后通过电算模拟分析了设计参数对机构性能特性的影响。
The united dynamic equations corresponding to three generalized coordinates X(dis-place-ment of percussive piston), Ф(rotetional angle of percussive piston)and α(rotaional angle of rifle bar) forthe percussive and rotational mechanisms of YO18 internal rotation pneumatic rock drills were developedbased on the Lagrange equations. The numerical answer and the approximate disjunctive answer were madebased on the united dynamic equations. The theoretical calculating results were proved by high speed photographing.The results are identical essentialIy.
