摘要
提出了射流与刀具结合破碎的方法，并成功研制出自控水力截齿这种新型刀具。通过设计正交试验及切割间距试验，得出了影响破碎体积的参数选择范围。
A method of rock breaked by mechanical tool combined with waterjet was introduced in this paper,and a new tool called self-controlled hydropick was succesfully developed. Based on the results of orthogonal experiment and cutting width experiment,the selecting range of paramenters affecting rock breaking volume was obtained,witch will possess important direction significance in enhancing breaking volume of mining machine by high pressure waterjet technology.
