V^(2+)离子在刚玉中的位置的研究 被引量:3

摘要 据V2+离子在刚玉中的电子顺磁共振谱,我们研究了它在刚玉中的位置。研究结果表明:V2+离子并不占据准确的Al3+离子位置,而是沿着C轴向氧八面体中心位移大约0.004nm。位移方向和本文提出的刚玉中的杂质离子位移模型是一致的。 The lattice site of V2+ ion in corundum has been studied in terms of its electron paramagneticresonance parameters. lt is found that the V2+ ion does not occupy the exact site of the replacedAl3+ion,instead is displaced about 0. 004nm along the c-axis and is close to the center of oxygen oc-tahedron. The displacement direction is consistent with the impurity displacement model suggestedin this paper.
