钪(Ⅲ)的反相萃取柱色层新体系研究及应用 被引量:1

摘要 本文设计出钪(Ⅲ)的反相萃取柱色层新体系并加以应用。该新体系以聚四氟乙烯-701为载体,磷酸三丁酯(TBP)为固定相,在10mol·L ̄(-1)盐酸中定量萃取层析钪(Ⅲ),用10mol·L(-1)盐酸淋洗杂质元素,4mol·L(-1)盐酸解脱钪,经二甲酚橙光度法测定其回收率可达100%。本法简便快速,选择性高,分离效果好,能用于岩石、矿物等物料中钪的定量分离、富集及测定。 A new reversed phase extraction column chromatography system for Sc(Ⅲ)is pro-posed and its application investigated. Sc(Ⅲ)can be extracted quantitatively by the system ofTBP-10 mol/ L HCl with polytetrafluoroethylene as a supporter. After the ions of impuritieswere washed with 10 mol/L HCl,a(Ⅲ)was eluted with 4 mol/L HCl. Sc(Ⅲ)was determinedspectrophotometrically with OX as a colour reagent, and its recovery rate was as high as 100%with good selectivity,Sc(Ⅲ)can be separated from the ions of impurities such as Ti(4+),Cr (Ⅵ),Ga(Ⅲ),Mo(Ⅵ),Fe(3+),Al(3+) ,etc. The method is simple and rapid and can be used to separate,preconcentrate and determinethe trace Sc(Ⅲ) in rock and mineral samples and other materials.The repeatability of the column is good and the regeneration of the column is also simple and con-venient.
