摘要
本文介绍一种新型换热器,它由高气密性陶土换热器、带插入件的金属管状换热器和喷射器3部分组成。有效地克服了传统陶土换热器气密性差和金属换热器使用温度低的缺点,充分发挥了陶土换热器耐高温和金属换热器气密性好的优点。用于本溪钢铁公司初轧厂的上部单侧供热均热炉上,在烟气温度1150℃时,空气预热温度达695℃。与使用金属喷流辐射换热器的炉子比较,提高空气预热温度200℃以上,取得了节能27%和增产19%的综合效果。换热器的漏气率在使用初期仅2.6%,使用10个月后仅4.5%,为国际先进水平。
A new kind of heat-exchanger is introduced in this paper,It is composed of three parts:ceramic heat-exchanger with better air tightness,metallic heat-exchanger with inserts and jet eductor.It can efficiently over-come shortcoming of poor air tightness of traditional ceramic heat-exchan-ger and lower operating temperature of metallic heat-exchanger,And it brings the advantages of resistance to high temperature and better air tightness into full play.It has been used in a soaking furnace to which heat is supp-iied by one side from its top in the lnitiaI SteeI Rolling Mill of Benxi lron and SteeI Company.When the temperature of flue gas is 1150℃ the preheating temperature of air is up to 695℃·Compared with the furnace served by metallic jet radiation heat-exchanger, the preheating temperature of air is in-creased by 200℃,the consumption of heat energy is decreased by 27%,and the production is increased by 19%.The leakage coefficient of this ceramic heat-exchanger is only 2.6%initially and 4.5%10 monthes later,which has arrived at international advanced level.
