摘要
铅是现代工业中基础金属之上。随着铅应用领域的扩大和技术的发展，今后仍将是重要的金属材料。本文介绍了世界铅的产销状况，重点讨论铅的应用领域，特别是蓄电池方面的应用，并扼要叙述了一些新的应用领域的开发。
Lead is one of the base metals in modern industry.With thetechnological development in lead application, it is still an important metal- lic material in the future,The situation of lead production and consum- ption in the world is presented in this paper.The lead application, in par- ticular,the application of lead-acid batteries are discussed in this paper. Finally,new development of lead applications is briefly described.
