摘要
重点叙述了在超声波作用下,氰化浸出银精矿中金银的小型试验、扩大试验、半工业试验研究结果。试验结果表明,PUL法具有金银浸出率高、浸出时间短、氰化钠单耗低等优点。在最佳试验条件下,金银浸出率分别为97%~99%和95%~96%,浸出时间仅是常规氰化浸出时间的1/3,氰化钠单耗节省政麻席kg/t矿。所研制的营式、槽式强化反应釜可应用于工业生产并形成系列产品。
The results of ultrasonic- aided cyanide leaching of gold and sil- ver from silver concentrates in labratory scale, enlarged scale and pilot scaletests are described in this paper. The experiment results showed that PULmethod has the advantages of high extraction rate of gold and silver,shorterleaching time and lower consumption of sodium cyanide,Under the optimumexperimental conditions,the gold and silver leaching recoveries are respec- tively 97%~99%and 95%~96%。The leaching time is only1/3 of the tradi- tional cyanide leaching time. The unit consumption of sodium cyanide is savedby 10 kg/t,The tube-type and tank- type reactive autoclaves developed canbe used in industrial production. The series products of the above- mentionedautoclaves have been deveioped.
