摘要 颚式破碎机是一种间断式作业的破碎机,它的效率比连续工作的破碎机(如圆锥类)低,但它具有结构简单、高度低、规格范围大、适用性强、制造容易等优点。新型高效负支撑颚式破碎机由于具有负支撑、零悬挂等先进结构,呈现了其小偏心、高摆频、破碎产品粒度细而均匀的特色,PSS150×406双腔双动颚颚式破碎机的研制正是在此基础上开发的专利产品。该机采用独特的单、双耳(左、右)动颚的镶嵌式结构、排料口调节方法、动颚复位设置方法,使其技术参数,机械性能做到了安全可靠,排料口的调节方便灵活,破碎比大,产量高,产品粒度细而均匀,衬板使用寿命长,能耗低等优点。PSS150×400双腔双动颚颚式破碎机属于小型、细碎类型机,该机具有明显的推广价值,潜在社会效益大,可望成为取代传统型颚式破碎机的更新换代产品。 Jaw ctusher is akind of discontinuous action crusher.The effi-ciency of jaw crusher is lower than continuous action crusher,such as conecrusher,But jaw crusher has the advantages of simple structure, lower beight, wide range of specifications,higher applicability, easy making, etc. As it has negative support and zero suspension structure,new high-efficiency negative-supportins jaw crusher is characterized by small eccentric,high swing frequency, fine and homogeneous particle size of crushing product.PSS 150 × 400 donble-cavity dual-movable-jaw crusher-patented product was deve-loped on the above- mentioned basis.The unique inlaid structure of single- ear and double-ear( left and right)movable jaw is used in the crtisher,As the dlscharge port adjustment method and movable jaw resetting method are used in this crusher,the technical paramenters and mechanical performance are reliable and safe,with the advantages of easy and flexible adjustment of discharge port,high reduction ratio,high production,fine and homogene- ous particle size, long life of liners,low energy consumption,etc., PSS 150 × 400 double-cavity dual-movable-jaw crusher is a small and fine crusher. It is valuable for promotion of application.It has high potential social be- nefit.We hope FSS150 × 400 jaw crusher becomes a renewal generation product as a substitute for traditional jaw crusher.
