摘要
回采作业的连续化是矿山地下开采技术发展的重要趋势，连续采矿工艺和装备受到越来越多国家的重视。成中国有色金属工业总公司科技攻关项目“安庆铜矿强化开采科技攻关”的要求，我们研制成功了ＣＪＤＹ－１２００原矿车架带式运输机。该设备能稳定可靠地运输８００ｍｍ左右的爆破原矿，并具有结构简单、容易制造、维修操作方便、生产能力大、能耗低、噪音小、无废气污染等突出优点。该设备在安庆铜矿的应用取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益，是一种运输原矿或其它大块物料的新型高效连续运输设备。
Continuous mining is an important trend in underground mining operation. More and more countries have attached importance to its method and equipment,According to the reqnirement of CNNC technical research project on the Intensified Mining Technology of Anqing Copper Mine,CJDY-1200 belt- car conveyor for run-of- mine ore was successfully developed.Thisconveyor can handle run-of-mine ore up to 800mm lump reliably. It has themerits of simple structure, easy manufacture,convenient installation andmaintenance,high productivity,low energy consumption,low noise level andno waste air pollution. It was first installed and used in Anqing CopperMine and achieved remarkable economic profit and social benefit,Field opera-tion showed that this conveyor is a new style and high efficiency continu- ous handling equipment for ron-of-mine ore or other large lump materials.
