火法炼铜的进展及加强自主开发铜冶金工艺的建议 被引量:2

摘要 本文叙述了目前世界铜生产粗铜熔炼的几种火法炼铜方法的现状及进展情况,比较了反射炉熔炼、鼓风炉熔炼、闪速熔炼、三菱连续炼铜法、白银炼铜法等优缺点。结合我国火法炼铜技术研究和工业生产技术进步的进展,提出加强自主开发铜冶金工艺的看法和建议,加大科技投入,开展低污染和节能炼铜工艺新技术研究,改造传统炼铜法,以富氧闪速熔炼和诺兰达炼铜法为我国大中型炼铜厂技术改造的主要趋势,以富氧密闭鼓风炉-连续吹炼工艺进行小炼铜厂技术改造,走自我研制、开发工艺技术的道路。 The situation and development of several copper smelting methods for production of blister copper recently in the world are described in this paper. The merits and demerits of reverberatory furnace smelting, blast furna-e smelting, flash furnace smelting, Mitsubishi continuous copper smelting,Baiyin copper smelting method are compared. Combined with the research on copper pyrometallurgy technology and development of technical progress of industrial production in China, the viewpoints and suggestions on streng-thening R & D of copper smelting technology with self-reliance are put for-ward,increasing the investment on science and technology,carring out the research on new technology of copper smelting with pollution control andenergy- saving, renewing thetraditional copper smelting methods, taking therich- oxygen flash smelting and Noranda copper smelting methods as the mainmethods in the technical transformation of Chinese large-and medium-sizecopper smelters, using rich- oxygen ISP continuous converting process in thetechnical transformation of small-size copper smelting plants, taking the wayon the development of technology with self-reliance.
