气泵试验台微机控制系统以ＩＢＭ－ＰＣ微机为核心，配有宽行打印机、六笔绘图机等外设和Ａ／Ｄ、Ｄ／Ａ转换板、各参数检测传感器以及转速调节系统、压力调节系统等部分组成。本文详细论述了该系统的主要功能、硬件结构、工作原理和软件设计。该系统为气泵的产品检验和新产品研制提供了先进的现代化测试手段，取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
The main core of air brake pump PC control system is an IBM PC computer equipped with a wide line printer and a 6 pen plotter, an A/D,D/A data collecting card connecting with sensors for variables measuring andthe output for rotation rate and air pressure.In this paper the main function,kardware construction, working principles and software designing of systemare described in detail.This system provided a modern measuring tool fortesting and developing new air brake pump product.The system has obtaina very good economic effect.
