摘要
在进行边磨边浸氰化提金工艺的研究过程中发现,往塔式磨浸机里加水的方式对磨矿细度、磨耗、金的边磨边浸率及氰的消耗有重大影响。这是由于塔式磨浸机的工作原理不同于常规卧式球磨机所致。当磨浸机的尺寸、螺旋转速、装球充填率、给矿粒度及日处理量一定时,加水方式就成为影响塔式磨浸机性能的最重要因素。
During the research into gold cyanidation by leaching while pulverizing,it wasfound that water addition method has an important influence on its product size,pulverizingmedium consumption,gold recovery obtained by leaching while pulverizing and cyanide con-sumption。This is attributed to the difference between the mill and a conventional mill intheir working principles。
