物料性质对酒钢铁精矿滤饼水分的影响

酒钢矿石中的褐铁矿、菱铁矿，在焙烧时释放出水蒸气和二氧化碳，使矿物颗粒形成许多微孔和裂隙。在真空过滤条件下，无法脱除充填于微孔和裂隙中的水分，这是造成酒钢铁精矿滤饼水分过高的主要原因。磁团聚对降低滤饼的孔隙水极为有利，滤饼的比阻值至少降低１个数量级，但无助于从根本上解决问题。对酒钢铁精矿进行了空气压滤试验，当空气压力为０．３ＭＰａ时，滤饼水分可降至１２．５２％。

During hydrosiderite and siderite in ore from the mines of Jiuchuan Iron andSteel Corperation are roasted,aqueous vapour and carbon dioxide are released,leading to theformation of a number of microporsities and cracks of mineral particles。Under the conditionsof vacuum filtration,it is difficult to remove the moisture from the miroporosities and cracks。This is the key reason why the moisture of the corperation' s iron concentrate filter cakes istoo high.Magnetic agglomeration is very beneficial to the reduction of moisture in porositiesof the concentrate filter cakes and can reduce the specific resistance value of filter cakes byone order of magnitude at least.However,it can not remove thoroughly the moisture,Theresults obtained by air pressure filtration test show that the moisture can be reduced to12.52%at air pressure of 0. 3 MPa。
